You will be given the opportunity to create your own login details to our data processor for the purposes of maintaining and updating the accuracy of our records.
Any data no longer required for our purposes will be removed during our periodic data review. These will take place on a 6 monthly cycle.
IP Addresses and Cookies
We may store certain login information, in encrypted form, to assist you in accessing our on-line services in future.
Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of the Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
